Our work is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our work, we will return to meet your expectations at no additional charge.
Have your valuables put away to avoid accidents. Customer has 30 days to report missing items.
Customer has 30 days to report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair.
If you choose to leave your alarm on and have our service disarm, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system.
To cancel a cleaning, please let us know by 3pm the day before the cleaning. There is a $25.00 charge for cancellations without the proper notice or if we are not notified and are locked out.
Payment and Billing
Payments are due at the time of service. There is a $5 late fee if payment is not left at the time of the service. Payments accepted are: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Coupons are valid on your first visit. Please read coupons carefully for terms.
Gift certificates have no cash value and are subject to the terms written on the certificate.
